In And Out Free Demo Game
In and Out is a 6-reel, 5-row video slot from NetEnt featuring the Avalanche™ feature, expanding reels, Heist mode, free spins, super free spins, and an Elevate feature with five options.

Game features can be activated using the Level Up feature. The Level Up feature allows you to activate one of the following features during a single game round:
![]() | Bonus Hunt | Increasing the bet by 1.5 times increases the chance of activating free spins. |
![]() | Guaranteed Chloe Symbol | At 5x your bet, Chloe appears on every spin, increasing the chance of triggering the Heist mode. |
![]() | Heist Mode — ON | At 20x the bet, the Heist mode is activated, which highlights 3 bronze-level positions. |
![]() | Free Spins | When you win 100 times your bet, 3 bonus symbols land on the reels and activate free spins. |
![]() | Super Free Spins | When you win 800 times your bet, landing 3 bonus symbols on the reels will trigger full-size free spins. |
The game is played using scatter symbol combinations and varying bet values. A combination of 6 or more matching high-paying symbols and a combination of 8 or more matching low-paying symbols, appearing anywhere on the reels, award a scatter win. Simultaneous scatter wins from combinations of different symbols are added together. Only the highest win per scatter combination is paid.
Wins for symbols located in different positions are equal to the value shown in the paytable. Symbol payout values dynamically change depending on the selected bet.
Wild Symbol. Wild symbols can appear anywhere on the reels during the game. Wild symbols substitute for all symbols except the bonus, bomb, and heist mode symbols. They can also contribute to more than one scatter win. According to the payout table, substituting for a wild symbol awards the highest possible win per scatter.

The Heist mode is activated when, after all the avalanches, a highlighted area and the Chloe symbol appear on the reels. Chloe will begin the Heist in the highlighted area, and the Bonus and Super Bonus symbols remain on the reels during the Heist mode.

The Heist mode starts with 3 spins and can be increased by 1 each time the Extra Life symbol lands. In the Heist mode area, each unoccupied position spins separately, and only the Coin, Diamond, Bonus, and Heist mode symbols can appear. Each time a Coin, Diamond, or Multiplier symbol lands, it remains on the reels until the end of the Heist mode.
Coins (which appear in the Bronze, Silver, or Gold zones) and Diamonds (which appear in the Diamond zone) have random multiplier values.

The Heist mode ends when the spin counter reaches 0 or when the reels are completely filled with symbols. Wins are tallied, and the game returns to the round that triggered the Heist mode.
These symbols appear in Heist mode and can only land on Bronze, Silver, or Gold level reels.

The multiplier appears with a random value of 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 and multiplies that value on all coins, diamonds and collectibles at the end of Heist Mode.

An upgrade increases the level of all immediately adjacent positions to the next level, including upgrading the bonus symbol to a Super Bonus. Affected positions that weren’t initially part of the Heist mode zone become part of it, highlighted in bronze. Additionally, any coin at the current level will be upgraded to the next level, increasing its value to the minimum value of that level.

The Explosion symbol increases the highlight level of a random number of unlit positions to the same level as the symbol itself. These positions then become part of the Heist mode. The Explosion symbol can also affect positions outside the play area, expanding it.
When a Booster and a Blast appear simultaneously in Heist mode, a Blast is triggered. It combines the effects of both symbols and uses the higher of the two levels: a Booster increases adjacent positions by one level, while a Blast resets affected positions to the selected level. A Blast also directly awards coins, adding coin types and values to all empty positions occupied by a Booster and/or a Blast.

The Extra Life symbol awards one extra spin in Heist mode. It is then removed from Heist mode on the next spin.

The Collector collects the value of all coins, diamonds, and other collectible symbols on the reels in Heist mode. He remains on the reels while the collected symbols are removed. He remains on the reels until another Collector appears, after which both Collectors disappear.
During Free Spins, two types of symbols are activated: Bonus and Super Bonus.

In the main game, three Bonus symbols of any kind trigger Free Spins after all Avalanches are completed and wins are tallied. Free Spins begin with five spins, and each Super Bonus symbol in this combination awards one additional spin.

The same rules apply during Free Spins as in the main game. The game board size and highlighted tiles are retained from the moment a spin is triggered in the main game and remain until they are used in Heist mode. The Bomb, Heist mode, and their special features can be activated during Free Spins, expanding the game board and increasing the potential for bigger wins. Additionally, up to two Bonus symbols can be triggered per spin: one Bonus symbol awards one additional spin, and two Bonus symbols (including the Avalanche symbol) award two additional spins. Bonus symbols cannot be upgraded.
If Super Free Spins is activated, it always starts with the maximum gameboard size, and, as in Free Spins, up to two bonus symbols award up to two additional spins.
Free Spins and Super Free Spins are played with the same bet as the round that triggered them. After Free Spins or Super Free Spins end, their total winnings are added to any winnings from the round that triggered them, and the game returns to that round.
The game is played using random combinations of symbols.
Landing 6 or more matching high-paying symbols and 8 or more matching low-paying symbols anywhere on the reels results in a scatter win. A scatter voids all payouts and game results. For more information, see the “Unfinished Game Rounds” section.
During the game, each dropped bomb explodes and is removed from the reels, along with all symbols immediately adjacent to it (except for the Bonus, Super Bonus, Wild, and Chloe symbols), making room for the Avalanche.

If a bomb lands on the edge of the game board, the game board expands in that direction, adding an extra reel or row before the Avalanche. If a bomb lands in a corner, the game board gains an extra row and reel. The game board can only expand once in each direction, and the maximum expansion is 8 reels and 7 rows per game round.

The playing field remains expanded until the end of the round, and at the beginning of the next spin it returns to the original configuration of 6 reels and 5 rows.
Any win triggers an Avalanche™. Symbols in winning combinations disappear, making room for a new Avalanche of symbols. Once all positions are filled, wins are recalculated. Avalanches continue until there are no more wins.

When symbols disappear during a winning combination involving symbols in different positions, the positions they occupied are highlighted in bronze. Each position on the game board can have a level: bronze, silver, gold, or diamond. At the beginning of each round, all positions start with no level. Each time a new winning combination includes a highlighted position, the level of that position increases by one. Diamond is the highest level, beyond which further increases are impossible.
