About the Game
Tropicool is a six-column, six-row slot from ELK Studios with falling symbols, a Feature reel and 46,656 winning combinations. All wins start from the leftmost reel and are paid from left to right exclusively on adjacent reels. Only the highest win on each active payline is paid. Tropicool has two modes: normal and bonus with free drops.

Bonus Buy – X-iter
- SUPER BONUS: Buy a game round with 3-6 Bonus symbols, which activates the bonus game with a starting multiplier of x10. The cost is the bet multiplied by 500.
- BIG BONUS: Buy a game round with 3-6 Bonus symbols, which activates the bonus game with a starting multiplier of x5. The cost is the bet multiplied by 200.
- BONUS: Buy a game round with 3-6 Bonus symbols, which activates the bonus game. The cost is your bet multiplied by 100.
- LOCKED WILDS: Buy a game round with three Locked Wilds, which will be present on the game board from the start. The cost is your bet multiplied by 25.
- GUARANTEED WIN: Buy a game round with a guaranteed winning combination. The cost is your bet multiplied by 5.
To purchase the X-iter feature, click the corresponding button, select the X-iter mode (the game cost is shown in the player’s currency), and click the Spin button. The X-iter feature can only be activated in the regular game.
Game Rules
Birds appear as three separate grouped symbols of the same color; the head, body, and feet allow you to complete a bird. Each symbol corresponds to one of the bird parts of the same color and is paid according to the payout table.
Three or more complete birds of the same color are paid as Scatters. This rule only applies if the birds of the same color are on different paylines.
The game round starts in normal mode with new symbols falling onto the playing field and new Feature symbols spinning on the Feature reel.
Feature Reel Feature Symbols
Feature symbols on the Feature reel:
- Blank: No feature.
- Wild: Wild symbol.
- Locked Wild: A charged Wild symbol that remains in place for three wins. It is removed after the last win.
- Multiplier Wild x2-x5: Wins with this Wild are multiplied by 2-5 times. If multiple Multiplier Wilds are present in a winning combination, the highest of them is used.
- Row Swap: One symbol in a row substitutes for all symbols in that row except Bonus and Wild symbols. This feature is activated at the end of the avalanche cycle.
If, after landing symbols in normal mode, there are at least three Bonus symbols on the playing field, the Free Drops bonus game is activated with a starting win multiplier of x1.
- Three Bonus symbols: 10 free drops
- Four Bonus symbols: 15 free drops
- Five Bonus symbols: 20 free drops
- Six or more Bonus symbols: 25 free drops
Each winning combination on the reels is immediately paid out, and all symbols except Locked Wild symbols are removed from the reels. The remaining symbols continue to fall. Feature symbols located above empty spaces fall onto the reels, and new symbols appear from above and fill the reels. The feature reel is filled with new feature symbols from the right. This can create new winning combinations. Avalanche repeats until no winning combinations remain. Then, all Row Swap symbols on the reels are activated.
The Feature Reel bonus mode also includes the following additional feature symbols, which do not land on the reels but are activated during the bonus game:
- Extra Drops: adds one, two, or five additional free drops.
- Win Multiplier: adds x1, x2, or x3 to the win multiplier.
Free Drops Bonus Game
The bonus game begins with a new set of symbols on the playing field and new Feature symbols on the Feature reel. Feature symbols remain on the Feature reel between free drops. Locked Wild symbols remain on the playing field between free drops until they are fully used. The game round ends when the maximum win is reached.
Feature symbols & Avalanche
Winning symbols explode, remaining symbols drop down, feature symbols over empty cells are activated and new symbols drop down for new win chances.

A payline of all Wilds pays as the highest value symbol.
Wild symbols appear in normal and bonus modes and substitute for all symbols except Wild, Bonus Scatter, and Row Swap feature symbols. A payline consisting of all Wild symbols pays out based on the highest-value symbols.
Winnings with this Wild is multiplied by x2-x5.
A Wild symbol charged to stay locked for 3 winnings.
