About the Game

Welcome to Mystical Dragons, a video slot from Reflex Gaming with 40 paylines, bonus spins, prize pools, the Golden Bet, and other gameplay features that unlock as you progress.

Mystical Dragons is a 5-reel, 3-row video slot. The game features 9 standard payout symbols; winning combinations are formed by three or more matching symbols on a payline, starting with the leftmost reel. There are also egg symbols and various coin symbols, which award payouts when the Dragon symbol lands in a special central position. Two money bags are located above the reels; opening them activates bonus spins. As you land Dragon symbols, you can unlock three special Collector Dragons, each of which activates a unique modifier when appearing alongside eggs or coins.

Buy Bonus

By clicking the “Buy Bonus” button, the player can purchase one of three bonus game levels by selecting the corresponding money bag. This occurs at a price corresponding to a certain multiplier of the selected base bet.

Game Rules

Dragon Symbols

The Dragon symbol acts as a collector and can land in the center; if Eggs or Coins are present on the reels, the player receives the corresponding prize. Special Dragons with different colored backgrounds become available after collecting a certain number of regular Dragon symbols. Each Dragon appearance (regardless of whether Eggs or Coins are present) decreases the on-screen counter. Once unlocked, such a Dragon remains active, and this state of the game persists even after exiting.

After landing 5 Dragons, the BOOST Dragon is activated. It appears with a blue flame behind its back. If it lands with Eggs or Coins, it launches fireballs at them. Eggs turn into Coins when hit, and the Coins are replaced with higher-value equivalents.

Accumulating another 10 Dragons unlocks the MULTIPLIER Collector Dragon. It appears with a pink flame behind its back. When landing with Eggs or Coins, it applies a multiplier (up to 4x) to all corresponding prizes on the reels before they are collected.

After 15 more Dragons, the RE-SPIN Collector Dragon is unlocked. It appears with a red flame behind its back. If it lands along with Eggs or Coins, these symbols are locked in place, and the remaining reels are re-spinned to find new winning symbols. Re-spins continue until the entire field is filled with Eggs and Coins, or until no more symbols land. After this, all accumulated Eggs and Coins are collected.

The number of Dragons needed to advance to the next level is displayed on the indicator next to the reels. The counter status is retained even after exiting the game.

Egg and Coin Symbols

The reels feature golden eggs and coin symbols of four colors. Each egg symbol indicates the cash prize amount. Each of the four colored coins corresponds to one of four prize pools: MINI (green), MINOR (blue), MAJOR (purple), and GRAND (red); the name of the pool is indicated directly on the coin. These prizes are paid out when the Dragon symbol lands in the center position. When the Gold Bet is activated, the cash prizes and prize pools do not increase.

The following values ​​(multiples of the base bet) are available for eggs: 0.5x, 1x, 1.5x, 2x, 2.5x.

The prize values ​​in the pots are displayed on the screen and change depending on the selected base bet size: MINI = 5x, MINOR = 15x, MAJOR = 100x, GRAND = 1000x.

Wild Symbol

The Wild symbol is the Dragon; it substitutes for all paying symbols when forming winning combinations on lines.

Money Bags

Above the reels are two money bags, which fill up each time the Dragon appears. With each refill, the bags can increase in size and randomly open, triggering bonus spins. The visual size of the bag does not affect the likelihood of opening it.

A special red bag may appear above the reels, containing a larger number of bonus spins. The blue bag awards 6 bonus spins, and the red bag awards 12. After opening, the bag returns to its original size and may change color.

The size of the bags is retained when you change the bet. When you select the Gold bet, the right bag is guaranteed to turn red. The state of the money bags is retained when you exit the game.

Reel Modifiers

Sometimes at the start of a round, the gong hero strikes it, causing a wave of fire to cover the reels, hiding the regular symbols and significantly increasing the number of eggs and coins. This guarantees the appearance of the Dragon along with the eggs and coins in the current spin.

Sometimes at the end of a round, striking the gong causes the center reel to move up or down until the Dragon symbol appears.

Bonus Spins

Bonus spins are activated by opening money bags in the main game. The dragon on the center reel is fixed, and the color of the flame behind it changes during each bonus spin, choosing from those already unlocked in the main game.

During the bonus, the bags continue to fill with each gong strike; if they are opened, the player receives additional spins. An opened bag closes, returns to its minimum size, and can be opened again during the bonus round. When reset, it may also change color. After the bonus spins are complete, the accumulated bag size carries over to the subsequent main game.

Any eggs or coins that land are guaranteed to pay out, as the dragon is active in every spin. If a colored flame appears behind the dragon, the corresponding modifier is triggered. Bonus spins are played with the same bet and number of lines as the main game round that triggered them.
