FTN Mayhem by GameArt is a 3×3 reel slot machine. There are no paylines. In the main game, only white coins bring winnings. Other coins, the Collector, Mystery and Jackpot symbols bring winnings only in one of the bonus rounds.

Special Symbols
Jackpots
Each mask represents a jackpot level. The corresponding jackpot is paid at the end of the bonus game or the ultra bonus game.
Mystery Jackpot
The Mystery Jackpot can transform into any jackpot except the Grand Jackpot. The Mystery Jackpot symbol will reveal its value at the end of the Bonus or Ultra Bonus game.
Mystery Symbol

Collector
The Collector symbol instantly collects all coins and jackpots. Multipliers are applied to coins or jackpots before collection (if the Ultra Feature is activated and lands on the reels). Once collected, the Collector symbol remains sticky until the Bonus or Ultra Bonus game starts.

Grand Jackpot
The Grand Jackpot can be won if all reels are covered with any symbols during the bonus game, except when the Collector symbol appears on the starting spin.
Mayhem Bonus Game
The bonus game is triggered when any three game symbols land on the middle row. The bonus game initially offers three spins. If a new symbol lands on the reel, the number of spins returns to three. The bonus round ends when all three spins are used or until all reels are covered with symbols. In this case, the player receives the GRAND JACKPOT, unless the triggering symbol was a collect symbol.
The MAYHEM feature is triggered randomly. Once the feature is triggered, multipliers are added to the game symbols. If multiple multipliers appear on the same symbol, the multiplier for that symbol increases accordingly. Multipliers are applied during the bonus round or the MAYHEM bonus round.
Ultra Bonus Game
The Ultra Bonus Game operates according to the same rules as the bonus game, with the only difference being that it guarantees at least one Ultra Feature.
Ultra Feature
The Ultra Feature is randomly activated and increases the winning multipliers on the reels. If a coin lands on a cell with a multiplier, its value increases accordingly.
