About the Game

Welcome to the Devil’s Delight slot from Reflex Gaming – a 40 payline video slot with free spins, cash prizes, a gold bet and other game features that you can unlock as you play.

Devil’s Delight is a 5-reel, 3-row video slot with 40 paylines. There are 9 regular symbols that pay out when three or more of them line up on a payline, starting from the leftmost reel, as well as coins and a few gem symbols that pay out when the devil symbol lands in a special central position. There are also two treasure chests above the reels that, when opened, will award you with a few free spins. Three special Devil symbols can be unlocked by landing multiple devil symbols. Each of these activates a different modifier when next to coins or gems.

Devil symbols

The devil symbol is a collector symbol that can land in the center of the reels. When coins or gems land, you win a prize. Special devils with a multi-colored background can be unlocked by landing multiple devil symbols. Each time a devil lands, with or without coins/gems, it decreases the meter displayed on the screen. Once unlocked, it remains so and this game state will be retained after exiting the game.

Once 5 devils have landed, the BOOST devil is unlocked. It appears with a green flame behind it. When it lands next to coins or gems, it will shoot fire at one or more of them. Any coin that lands will turn into a gem, and the gems that have landed will turn into a higher tier gem.

Once 10 more devils have landed, the MULTI Collect devil is unlocked. It appears with a blue flame behind it. When landed next to coins or gems, it will create a multiplier (up to 4x) that is applied to all coin and gem prizes in the reel window until they are collected.

Once 15 more devils have landed, the RESPIN Collect Devil is unlocked, appearing with a red flame behind it. When landed next to coins or gems, they will lock in place before the rest of the reels start spinning again to try to add more. This continues until the reels are full of coins and gems, or until a new one appears. After this, all coins and gems have been collected.

The number of devils needed to activate the next level is displayed on a counter next to the reels. The counter state will be saved after exiting the game.

Coin/Gem Symbols

The reels feature gold coins and 4 gem symbols of different colors. Each coin symbol represents its cash value. The 4 colored gems represent the 4 jackpot prizes: MINI (green gem), MINOR (blue gem), MAJOR (purple gem) and GRAND (red gem). The name of the jackpot is written on the gem. These prizes are awarded if the devil symbol also appears in the center position. Cash or jackpot prizes do not increase when the Golden Bet feature is enabled.

Coins can represent the following values (multiples of the base bet): 0.5x, 1x, 1.5x, 2x, 2.5x.

The jackpot prize value is displayed on the screen and changes depending on the selected base bet: MINI = 5x, MINOR = 15x, MAJOR = 100x, GRAND = 1000x.

Wild Symbol

The Wild symbol is the Devil symbol, which substitutes for all pay symbols when there is a win on a payline.

Treasure Chests

There are two treasure chests above the reels: one or both appear every time the Devil symbol appears on the reels. Each time they appear, they can increase in size and open randomly, awarding multiple free spins. The size of the chest does not affect the likelihood of opening the chest.

A special gold version of the treasure chest can appear above the reels, which contains more free spins. The standard chest contains 6 free spins, the gold chest contains 12. Each time a chest is opened, its size is reset, and it can also change color.

The size of each chest is saved when you change the bet size. The right chest can change color when you select the “Gold Bet”, which guarantees that this chest will be gold. The state of the treasure chests will be saved after you exit the game.

Reel Modifiers

Sometimes at the start of a spin, the throne character will shoot a wave of flames across the reels, obscuring the pay symbols and revealing a plethora of coins/gems. This ensures that the devil will appear on that spin along with the coins and gems.

Sometimes at the end of a spin, the throne character can shoot fire at the center reel. This will cause it to shift up or down towards the devil symbol. Wins from the last position are awarded only via the shift modifier.

Free Spins

Free spins are awarded by opening treasure chests in the base game. The devil that triggered the free spins is fixed in place, and the color of the flame behind him changes during each free spin to the color of the flame unlocked in the base game.

Treasure chests continue to be added by the devil to each bonus spin, and if opened, they award additional spins. If a chest is opened, it then closes and returns to its minimum size, and can be opened multiple times during free spins. It can also change color when reset. At the end of the free spins, the size of the treasure chests, regardless of how big they were collected, is retained in the subsequent main game.

If coins or gems are dropped, they are guaranteed to be added with the devil in play on each spin. If a special colored flame appears behind the devil, a modifier is assigned according to the base game. Free spins are played with the same bet and lines as in the base game.

In the base and Gold Bet modes, a maximum of 24 Free Spins (2 Gold Chests) can be awarded initially, plus an additional 72 Free Spins during the bonus, for a total of 96 Free Spins.

Bonus Buy

By clicking the Buy Bonus button, the player can purchase 3 different bonus levels by purchasing one of 3 special treasure chests. The purchase price varies depending on the base bet size selected.

The standard chest costs 75x and can award 6 to 12 free spins. The gold chest costs 150x and can award 12 to 24 free spins. The mystery chest costs 100x and can be either standard or gold, awarding 6 to 24 free spins. When purchasing a bonus via a bonus purchase, the two chests above the reels are replaced by one large chest that was used to purchase the bonus. This is added to every spin and can be opened to award additional spins.

There is a maximum bet for the bonus purchase. The maximum bet for the bonus purchase may differ from the above depending on where you play.

In Bonus Buy mode, when you get a standard chest, you can initially get a maximum of 12 free spins, plus 36 additional free spins during the bonus, for a total of 48 free spins.

In Bonus Buy mode, when you get a gold chest, you can initially get a maximum of 24 free spins, plus 72 additional free spins during the bonus, for a total of 96 free spins.

Golden Bet

The player can increase the bet by 1.5x to increase the chance of the devil appearing, allowing for more frequent collections and bonuses. The Gold Bet also ensures that the desired treasure chest will always be gold. The size of the chests does not change when the Gold Bet is enabled. The paytable and coin/gem rewards do not increase when the Gold Bet is enabled. Wins are paid out according to the paytable and are calculated based on the base bet.
